Meet The Members

Soprano

Ivy is one of our sopranos and creates our social media content. She is one of Odyssey’s founding members and has been singing a cappella ever since discovering it in undergrad. Ivy’s hobbies include rock climbing, art, and being in nature.

Soprano/Mezzo

Maria is one of our mezzo-sopranos. She sang in a college a cappella group and has been hooked ever since! She loves making music with such passionate and talented individuals.

Julia is one of our mezzos. She has been singing since she can remember. Julia loves the goosebumps you get creating amazing music with your close friends.

Alto/Mezzo

Heba has been singing a cappella since high school and found Odyssey in the fall of 2021. She recently graduated with a MS in Psychology and also enjoys kickboxing, cats, and traveling.

Alto

Savanah sings nearly as often as she breathes. A Cappella is a new medium for her but she’s excited to create with this group of passionate people. At home she’s a book worm, big sister, and cat mom!

Tenor

Marleigh is an arranger and secretary in Odyssey. He started a cappella in 2014 with fellow members Heba and Satyam and joined Odyssey in 2021. Outside rehearsals, you’d likely find him watching Gordon Ramsay with his cuddly cat, Tiggy.

Tenor/VP

Michael is a tenor, and he started singing in the shower then took a chance on an a cappella group in college. He continued with Odyssey and the rest is history.

Baritone

Phil is a baritone and a fellow millennial in Odyssey. He did a cappella in college and refused to listen to voices telling him to get adult hobbies. Outside of rehearsals, you’d likely find him trying to convince other people why they should sleep more.

Satyam has been singing since he was young. He has also been singing since he was not young. He plans to continue singing till he’s old.

Isaiah is a baritone, VP, arranger, and general menace. He’s been doing a cappella for way too long and enjoys arranging, coaching, and judging for groups and competitions around the country. He joined Odyssey recently to make great music with some really cool people (and also as an excuse to hang out with Heba more).
